| Recently Adele has pursued pleine-aire painting of the Southwestern landscape in oils. Her transition
from watercolors to oil has demonstrated her great versatility and talent as an artist.
She continues to paint wildlife and the Southwest desert cacti, now in oils, still adding a small bird
tucked in among the agave as she did with her watercolors. “I surprised myself with the ease and enjoyment I have had in my transition from watercolors to oils,” says Adele.
Adele continues to exhibit at the major wildlife shows such as the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, Reflections
of Nature show and the Waterfowl festival, but displays her oil paintings and giclée reproductions on canvas. Adele's paintings have been exhibited at the Natural History Museum in NYC and have
toured in Japan and Sweden with Birds In Art exhibitions.
